Return Policy

Ritzy Rose will happily offer a store credit for items you wish to return within 14 days.

We do not refund for incorrect choice, incorrect sizing and or change of mind.
Please note; you will NOT be credited for your initial shipping fee, and NOT, compensated for a return postage fee.
The credit note will be issued for the product cost only if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
Any items returned after the specified returns time frame will be denied.
All returns must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your parcel.
Please keep a copy of; the return traceable package receipt, as we may request a copy.
Please take due care when trying on your order, in particular, take care not to
damage get makeup, deodorant, tobacco/cooking odours, fake tan and perfume, etc on the garment/ product.
Any products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Sale' cannot be returned
Items which are returned to Ritzy Rose not in their original condition as mentioned above will not be processed and will automatically be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

In the case of a faulty product 
The team will assess the fault upon the return of the product. If the team deem it to be a major fault, a full refund of the product and shipping will be issued, please include a copy of your invoice in your parcel and a copy of your return traceable package receipt 

Items that cannot be returned
Underwear, intimates, swimwear, beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Sale and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Handcrafted
Many of our Accessories are uniquely handcrafted. There may be visible imperfections and are to be considered part of their beauty and charm, rather than faults. These items will not be considered faulty if returned.

Lost packages
If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item, all packages are fully trackable with a tracking number we provide.
If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.
 
Product Display
Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our garments/products, as computer monitors vary, we cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colours will be completely accurate.
Store Credit
If you are issued with a store credit, you must use it in full as you will not be issued the remaining balance.
NOTE
Please keep in mind; our one and only section we sell are in second-hand condition.  We endeavour to declare any distinct faults.
However, it is safe to assume that most items will contain signs of general wash and wear which will not be considered a fault.
